Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining

Trenchless Sewer Pipe Repair in Alaska

Rehabilitate damaged sewer and drain pipes from the inside using a resin-saturated liner cured in place. When conditions qualify, we complete repairs without conventional excavation of your yard, driveway, floor slab or parking lot.

Warning signs

  • Recurring sewer backups
  • Root intrusion through joints
  • Cracked or offset clay or cast-iron pipe
  • Corroded or pitted interior walls
  • Bellies, sags and separated joints
  • Old orangeburg or transite laterals

How we diagnose the issue

  • Push-camera inspection to see actual pipe condition
  • Sonde locate to map depth and path of the line
  • Measurement of diameter, length and access points
  • Assessment of structural integrity for CIPP eligibility

How the service works

  1. Step 1

    Inspect and measure

Camera the pipe, locate access points and confirm the run is a lining candidate.

  2. Step 2

    Clean the host pipe

Hydro jet and cut out roots, scale and buildup so the liner bonds cleanly.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare and saturate the liner

Cut a liner to length and impregnate it with a two-part epoxy resin.

  4. Step 4

    Insert the liner

Invert or pull the liner through the host pipe using calibrated equipment.

  5. Step 5

    Cure in place

Cure the resin using ambient, hot water or steam depending on the system.

  6. Step 6

    Reinstate and verify

Reopen branch connections as needed and camera the finished pipe end-to-end.

Project example

50-year-old lateral relined in a single day, Wasilla

Homeowner had recurring backups from root intrusion into a clay lateral running under mature spruce. Camera inspection confirmed structurally sound pipe with failed joints. We jetted the line, installed a CIPP liner from the cleanout to the city tap and re-inspected. Yard intact. Trees intact. Line renewed.
